How to return
- Email support@zitav.com with your order number.
- We reply within one business day with return instructions.
- Pack the kit in its case with all reamers included.
Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the return reaching us.
2-year warranty
Every kit is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If a reamer fails under normal use, we replace it free of charge.
The warranty does not cover normal blade wear, misuse, drops or modifications.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under provincial consumer protection law.
