- Order and payment status (card details are handled by our payment providers, not stored by us)

How we use it
To process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud and, if you opt in, send you offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only service providers we need to run the store: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment processors and shipping carriers. We never sell your data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing support@zitav.com. We reply within 30 days.
Retention
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
